Twenty teams with 17 players on each roster seems a bit excessive. Anyone else think that is too many teams? Halfway through the draft, there is going to be very little available to pick from. Either way, I am up for the challenge and signed up my team today.

yeah 22 teams 17 players per team does seem like a lot.

My bad, I didn't see that you'd already created a legaue.

But WTF...22 teams?!? That's wayyyyyy too many for football dude.

There are only 32 NFL teams. That's 32 starting RB's, for example. With 22 teams, and 2 RB slots for each team, we need at least 44 RB's available.

I signed up, but you should change the team maximum to 10 or maybe 12.

I personally like including the return for TD's, but only when it's an interception or fumble return. Punt returns are still technically defense, but they're really special teams -- same with kick off returns.

And for those of you who have joined...please don't drop out midway into the season...I know that there are a gazillion other things more important than fantasy sports, but it's more fun when everyone is playing. I like it competitive.

I am glad the number of teams is reduced. And I would hope the league settings don't end up too varied from traditional FF. I have played in leagues where there are points for everything including the obscure stats and it gets too confusing. It gets tempting as commish to give values to every category available, but it actually tends to make the league less fun. And I agree, TDs are 6 points no matter how they are scored.

I would also encourage you to stick with the entire defense and not have us select individual defensive players.

But, hey, I am flexible. I have never abandoned a fantasy league and I will play all season. I am just concerned with people losing interest because they think the point sysytem is unfair and out of whack. I've seen it happen before.

Alrighty, I'm in. I'm more of a basketball guy, but I've never abandoned any league I've been in. I'm guessin' that I'm gonna have some real competition for once.
