She is kinda cool. She was a New Mutant, now she's an Avenger... Her power has something to do with heat blasts caused by microwaves, which have also made her infertile, if I remeber correctly.

i was not aware that she was a New Mutant. i know she was a member of the Hellions. then i thought she just became one of the peripheral members of X-Men. i know that later on she became a New Warrior and transitioned to become an Avenger.
