its STILL there...
there's a drop down menu NAVIGATION bar on top of the forum board... click onto that... and you will than see the AIM chat link...

actually, before you treat him like he's retarded...oops, too late.... it depends on what skin you're using tj. in the gunmetal one, there is no drop down bar and no aim linkage =)
