2003 JACL National Student/Youth Conference - A Gateway to Leadership
June 20-22, 2003
Washington University in St. Louis

The JACL National Youth/Student Conference is held every two years to allow
all Asian Pacific Americans an opportunity to gain leadership skills and
become active civic members of society. Any young person (ages 13 - 26)
interested in civil rights, preserving our cultural heritage or simply
meeting other Japanese American students - is welcome to attend! Highlights
include small group discussion and mentorship.

* History of Redress
* Asian American Cooking Made Easy
* Fighting Hate Crimes in the APA Community
* Minority Bone Marrow Drives

* Working for a Not-for-Profit
* Financial Planning Seminar
* Hapa Issues-Our Changing Community
