learn to beat mix first. house and trance is much easier to learn i think.

w/ electronic music it's more about being smooth, seamless, patient and getting an ear for your records and how they work together.

i think hip hop's quite a bit more difficult but you're gonna have to learn how to scratch a bit to throw in your next cued tracks.

and the obvious one, don't select wack tracks cuz that will kill your set.
