First you need to find a place that will store your uploaded picture. Try checking out http://www.attbi.com and opening up a free account. They give you about 10mb of space for your own home page, and you can upload your picture there. If it's a picture of yourself, you can go to the yellowworld gallery here and upload it into the gallery.

Regarding the white guys/asian guys thing, growing up it never occurred to me that I would be with an asian guy - just because the only ones I knew were my dad & brother :P. Yeah. But when I got to school (where I'd never seen so many Asians before in my life) I think the boy who found me & I got along and related to each other pretty well because we had the same degree of Asianness (among other reasons).

So based on that (I've only had the one boy), I think that I would lean more toward Asian guys. But I don't really think it's a very big deal either way. It's certainly not the most important thing for me to consider - but it may contribute to other things like how well you get along with/relate to one another.

funny, when i lived in a small suburban area with barely any asians, i had a huuuuuuuge thing for white guys. because there WERE no asian guys.

but when i moved to california, SHIZAAAMMM hot asian guys everywhere...

Well, Im just addressing that to asian guys wants asian girls but are frustrated that they cant find any one that they like in America.

How can 11 people vote "Asians all the way", 1 person votes" Thumbs Way Down", and the percentage be 100% vs. 9.09%... not that I wouldn't know the ratio. Anyway, I don't mind dating white or asian guys.
