Re: Kangaroo survives arrow in head
Unfortunately, this is happening a bit since there are idiots who thinks this is "fun", or doing the right thing since there is a perceived abundance of the marsupial.
Mind you, cute as they are, they're still pretty dangerous. Ka

Re: Kangaroo survives arrow in head
Kangaroos know how to kickbox like pros. Literally. I mean from a show on TV I learned that a kick from a kangaroo can break bones and it's claws are like knives. I dunno bout u guys but nope, I ain't boxing no kangaroo.

Re: Kangaroo survives arrow in head
That was a light nudge but it would've still hurt.
Also, the most dangerous part of the roo isn't so much the kick but the claws. It's able to scratch through denim. Ka

Re: Kangaroo survives arrow in head
Ladies and Gents, I hate to play the part of the white crow but I have to inform you that unfortunately, the little mite didn't mate.
Passed away a few days ago. I'd like to tar and feather the redneck responsible. Ka

Re: Kangaroo survives arrow in head
speaking of arrows through the head, this happened to someone about 2 years ago:
"Transcranial Arrow Injury: A Case Report," Gökhan Kurt, Alp Oånzgu_n Börcek, Oånzgu_r Kardefi, Özgen Aydincak, Necdet Çeviker, Ulusal Travma ve Acil Cerrahi Dergisi, vol. 13, no. 3, July 2007, pp. 241-3. <http://tinyurl.com/r84syw> The authors, at Gazi University, Ankara, Turkey, explain: "In this report, a 37 year-old male patient, who was shot by an 'arrow' accidentally, was evaluated regarding clinical presentation, treatment and clinical progress.... CONCLUSION: Management of such cases are still beyond the textbooks and guidelines and it is depending on the surgeon's skill and experience in general neurosurgery." =- =- =- =- =- (I don't know if the victim is still alive, and if so, how well he can talk.) |
