asian guy lead singer on...MTV

this week's episode of true life on mtv featured up and coming band, rock 'n' roll soldiers with an asian guy (well, hapa) as the frontman. the guy's name is marty larson-xu. the band's from oregon and i guess they've been getting alot of buzz. i googled the band and apparently the band's been getting some positive reviews and especially marty. it's pretty cool, especially since people are comparing him to mick jagger/steven tyler
no real info about his background other then coming from oregon

now that i saw the band's video on their myspace website, the lead singer totally reminds me of mick jagger. seriously, he's like the hapa clone of mick jagger.
