Korean BBQ is one of the best things to ever exist second only to kung fu movies. God bless Korean BBQ, and any other BBQ for that matter. Where would we be without all that char-broiled marinated heaven....mmmmmmmm

if you've ever eaten at a korean BBQ place where you cook the food yourself, you may or may not have noticed if the fire was gas or charcoal. can you taste the difference? i know the charcoal grill adds flavor and makes the meat taste more authentic and BBQ-ish. =)

I had Korean BBQ when I was young, but that was a long time ago, I think I'll have to revisit one just to see what all the talks about. Hmmm, any recomendations for the NY metro area?

They're known for bulgogi and kalbi. Heh what Tapestrybabe said. There's another big one on Nothern Blvd in Flushing, Queens with the pond and the eating area outside. Forogt the name it's pretty good, too. |
