Re: what do you have for breakfast?

cheerios! <--- first experimental non-chocolate cereal after cornflakes and weetabix.

<3 chocolate cereals (nesquik, chocopops, weetos etc.)

- nutella on toast
- milk tea
- pancakes/waffles with syrup
- onion/sausage omlette + eggs

delicious.

Re: what do you have for breakfast?

I had an orange and a pear for breakfast this morning because I was too lazy to eat any fruits yesterday... Usually, I just gulp down 1/4 bowl of milk and cereals and rush to work. Not good.. It's too hard to get up early. My ideal breakfast would be congee with some meat and veggies.

Re: what do you have for breakfast?

Oh man, I could go for youtiao now that you mention it.

Usually I forego breakfast. Yada yada yada, most important meal of the day blah blah, but I hate most breakfast foods and get my kick from coffee until lunch. This would probably be different if I had a stash of youtiao, though.

Re: what do you have for breakfast?

8-10 egg whites and 2-3 whole eggs with yolk or a 6-8 egg white and turkey breast omlette, plain whole wheat bagel and banana nut crunch bar or cottage cheese. i normally make it the night before. if i didn't make anything or if i'm on call, i would just have a protein shake.

sometimes 2-3 sausage egg mcmuffins, 1-2 bacon egg and cheese biscuit and 2-3 hash browns on the weekends.

if i do breakfast with friends on the weekends at i-hop cuz we broke night or some shit, i'd get the country omlette, pancakes and a side of sausage. if we go to a diner, i'd get steak and eggs with side of 4-6 hard boiled eggs and i'd just eat the egg whites.

Re: what do you have for breakfast?

In the off chance I eat breakfast it's very non-breakfast food (like pad thai or whatever looks groovy).

Breakfast food is my favorite food so I'll eat it any other time. Mmm Waffle House.
