how are we supposed to fight injustice in this world when we pertupate similar racism via the very title of this forum.

not all asians are yellow.

some of us are bronze, brown, pale, etc.. even white.
we've purposely excluded those people.

I think yellow world is fine for this website, because "yellow" is the name that came through western eyes, ie. people are different based on skin colors.

it doesn't mean our brown, black, white and red brothers and sisters can non join.

Actually, I can't remember the exact quote and who said it (Maybe SWK?) but the yellow in YW wasn't referring to the color of our skin or the color attributed to asians by whites...I believe it was some sort of symbolic and historical meaning on how yellow was important to all asians in general. I'll try to find the quote for you.

Not every black person is black; most black people I know are brown, while some brown people I know are much darker than blacks. Whites can range from pale Northern Europeans to dark Southern Italians. I've never actually seen a Native American who was actually red, they're more light brown.

BTW, yellow is a rarely used term anyway to describe Asians. Usually, it's just Asian, or sometimes, ugh, Chinese. I've never heard a news report about the yellow people, as I do hear about the blacks or whites.

Even White people are not "white". Color classifications describe functions not morphology.
