Oh, that's not too expensive. But it's daaaamn close. for the same price you can get a shiny new M3. w00t. I'm not a big bimmer fan, but I'd chose it over the nissan any day.
Too bad the house in the background didn't sell for 41k+ too. Now that'd be tight.

Interior is beautiful, but the exterior looks too much like the G35 sedan, i.e., boring. I kinda liked the old school American boat look of the previous M45 over this thing. But it may be a good alternative for consumers of the BMW 5 Series who are turned off with the current 5's odd looks. But then, there's the price issue. I think this thing's priced about $2,000-3,000 too high.

BMW's are overrated. Their reliability is garbage, and their service costs are up the wazoo. I'll take a Nissan with a non-plastic based intereior over a BMW anyday.
