Do you have a set bed time?

It's now 4:55 pm here on the West coast and I have to be to work at 1 am, but even after working all night last night I'm not tired yet.

My sleeping habits are all scewed up I don't go to bed like normal people. Whenever I get sleepy I just lay down whereever I'm at and go to sleep

There's been times when I'm out driving around doing errands and I'll pull into a shopping center's parking lot and catch a few zzzzzz.

I can't set a time. I have tried in the past, but I usually ended up just staring at the ceiling or something.

I go to bed at 11:00PM and wake up at 5:00AM on Sundays to Thursdays when university is in session. On Fridays and Saturdays I sleep at 2:00AM and wake up at 8:00AM. If I can't sleep I read until I get tired.

I get up at 6 during the week in order to run laps before work, so I usually go to bed around 11:30-12, depending on how much work I finished up, or what's on cartoon network currently.

I don't set a time. I have to get up around 6 - 6:15 AM for school. It's about 12:30 in the morning here in Birmingham and well I guess you're wondering what the hell am I doing on YW. I don't know, I took an afternoon nap so I'm screwed, unless I take drugs (i.e. NyQuil) I'm not going to be able to get a decent amount of sleep.

That's cos the endorphins kick in after 8 AM. As well, you must be keeping cool, cos your body temperature also rises to tell your sleep center get some sleep.

Aside: if you're at a rave and you know your friend is an E guzzler, when you see symptoms of heat prostration, get in a fight with him and punch him out. Unconsciousness is one way of getting the body to rest, and cool down.

BTW, make sure you have a sign in your window that says, "Is Cranky if AWAKENED just to move his car cos you can't back out."

Most people who awaken nappers in parking lots do so under the false assumption that people who sleep or nap in parking lots should sleep at home in a bed.

This is due to false assumptions about napping etc.
