Mid-Season Fantasy Baseball
I'm contemplating starting a mid-season league that starts play after the all-star break, in about 3 weeks.
It would be a weekly head to head league using the same 6 hitting categories (Runs, RBI, HR, Avg, OPS, SB) and the same pitching categories (K, Wins, Saves, ERA, WHIP) except Holds. I'd replace that with something like K/BB or a similar ratio category. A weekly league means that you can only adjust your lineup once a week. The lineup and roster must be set by Sunday night. It should mean far less of a time commitment. Anyone interested?

What took you so long? I'm in:)
I'd prefer a standard 5x5 since I'm already in several leagues that have vastly customized the rules, but I'm down for whatever.

Alright, I'll make it a traditional 5X5 league.
I'll start it today and post the details. I think 8 serious players would be a good number. People who will check their teams at least once a week.

Apparantly Yahoo's league started a wek ago. I can't find any links to start a new league. I figure its a pain to go elsewhere. Oh well.
Gues we just have to wait for Football.
