Yes...you have to spread around karma to 10 other people before you can hit the same person again.

you should also be able to see who sent the points and which thread/post it was in reference to.

it's so unfair - when i give em out, it's 30 at a time or something b/c i'm an admin. when other people give em to me, it's only 1 or 2 at a time. =(
