Well, I can't read Chinese very well. But I did see some political remarks. There are also lots and lots of names and dates, some going back years and years.

There is also substantial graffiti in English, mostly morons who want to inform everybody else they were there.

You'd think that the Great Wall would be regarded as a historic piece of work, and therefore protected.

But alas, we're talking about something that stretches for miles long and that would be a difficult task.

That's tripped out...you know, growing up reading about it in school, we were made to think that it's one, long, continuous wall. I didn't know until later in life that there are actually several sections going in different directions, many broken and unfinished.

It'd be cool to actually see the "beginning" and "end" sections.

Not all that common in usage, but I don't it's uncommon for all sorts of dudes to call each other bro. Don't ask, don't know why.
