Anyone else try this game? It's really cool... we rented it, but it might be worth buying. Thje main character is a fast talking Asian American bad cop inL.A., though he might be hapa, given his highly anglicized features.

Anyways, it's like Grand Theft Auto on steroids. It's pretty fun, except for an obnoxious lack of control of the camera.

hapa. he's hapa. it's a dope game, my roommate beat it in about two weeks, unlocking a lot of the secrets. no snoop though.

we just beat mission II, and I only started playing a little while ago. I like the way it's set up though.

You ever played Dead to Rights, kittygirl? I heard it's kinda like that one somewhat. We Gamecube owners don't get all the special games like ya'll do, but I think True Crime may be on the GC.

he did some songs, he's an unlockable character, but he's really hard to unlock.

I haven't played it yet. I got bored after a few missions on Grand Theft Auto.

everybody in every game developed by the japanese is hapa (not saying True Crime is but hear me out)

take a look at everyone from the Resident Evil guy to anime-inspired Final Fantasy types. they dont exactly look full blooded asian nor are they totally white

LOL, yeah my boy at work says that Yuna of FF is "asian-ish", not entirely asian.

I liked it at first but began to hate it when I couldn't get out of my negative point deficit for killing civilians. I tried to do good things but it was so hard. I really got angry when they wouldn't let me play the branching story angles that had different scenario's if you were a good guy because I was so far down in the negative. What a retarded point system. I heard you get to fight a dragon in the end. WTF? Where is the realism?

i think the main guy is modelled off of russell wong, who is hapa i believe.
