Dim Sum... in Hong Kong

So last year about this time I was in HK and I'll be there again in a few weeks. Already did high tea at the Peninsula, got dim sum at Maxim's; so now what? Where do I want to eat dim sum? Should I stick with Maxim's? I really like the tang bao there but it's been done. I'm familiar with taking mass transit and vaguely remember going around Ma On Shan, Kow Loon, and Mon Kok (dunno if I remember that one correctly).

I need to cut a har gow sized hole in my mask to eat.
