What were you like as a kid?

Were you a tomboy or were you a boy in touch with your “girly-side”?

Bully or bullied?

Quiet or rambunctious?

Athletic or porterhouse?

Re: What were you like as a kid?

quiet, awkward, mumbled and husky. didn't find my voice until now, sometimes a bit soft spoken as some habits are hard to let go.

Re: What were you like as a kid?

Felt like an outcast for going to the gifted classes in third grade, had a stuttering problem, was smaller than everyone else. So as you can see, I'm making up for it now by being a loudmouth...=P

Quiet, awkward, bullied, and self-conscious. I'm the latter today

I can empathize. My kindergarden teacher tried to flunk me. Apparently, when I was a young lad, I never paid attention to the teachers, or anyone for that matter. I was always off in my own little world which annoyed the teachers. I guess even now I'm still zone out a lot in classes, except college professors don't care if you pay attention or not.

Re: What were you like as a kid?

Hmm... I was kind of tom-boyish. Mainly because my brother basically ruled the house. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. I used to watch Power Rangers and all that fun stuff with him. And when Pokemon stuff came out, I helped him buy cards (they even said I had the "magic touch" because like I picked out three decks and they all had one special shiny card in it), and I got the Pokemon Blue version so he could catch them all.

I was gormless. Pallid, quiet, nervous but without nervous energy.

Re: What were you like as a kid?

I was outgoing and always ready to do something. A tomboy.

I was really brave when it came to some things, like jumping out of trees and the like, yet that 1000 Flushes commercial with the talking toilet freaked me out.

I could be hardheaded, but usually adhered to rules.

I was loud and prompt to speak my mind. I loved to mock others and get them angry.

I was a good cookie, though

The only people I can think of who really complained about how “bad” I was were my parents, but I think that now they have grands, they’d now agree in retrospect that I was a really good kid.
