what are some of your habits before/during/after showering?

after i'm done showering, but before i turn the water off, i turn the knob all the way over to cold and see how long i can stand underneath the water. you get kinda used to it after awhile. it's refreshing! :D

Hmm...

-Shower in the evening...
-Pee before I shower... (not IN the shower!)

Stand underneath showerhead
Turn off faucet and release plunger
Stand in tub for 2 mins to get adjusted to the room temperature
Take towel, dry off
Wrap towel around waist and put on lotion (when skin is dry)
Wipe mirror free of fog, and run hands through hair to make sure it's at least semi-dry
Towel head
Dress, and walk out.

- after shower and drying up with towel, I use the hairdryer to dry the moist in my body

i take warm showers, not too hot because it dries out my skin.

i shampoo my hair first, rinse, condition, then i soap myself up.
i rinse my body first, then my hair.

i blast the cold water and rinse my hair through it, because the
cold water gives my hair an extra boost of shine.

Wow! Some of you are very orderly.
