Races and how they handle their liqour

In general, do you think certain races handle their drunkeness differently?

So many nights going home on the train, drunken white people can't handle their shit and do dumbass things on the train.

Headed home early tonight around 1ish. I was sitting across from this young chinese girl. She was sleeping. She was directly across it was 2 sets of 2 chairs facing each other. So 2 mid 30's women talking behind me keep screaming omg shut up you have so much wine and various drugs in your system!!! And giggling.

So this old guy prolly mid 40's, but dressed professionally, quite well I might add. Sits down and bumps the girl pretty hard. He slurs out a I'm sorry. I kinda give him this look, and he prolly thought I was with the girl and starts apologizing alot. I just ignore and sit up. Girl goes back to sleep. Guy is fucked up gets up and wanders a little, sits down and bumps her again. This time I'm just like hey, maybe u should relax and just take a seat. And I make him switch seats with me. Girl thanks me and shit, and the guy starts apologizing, slurring like mad. Really fucked up. This is like the 3rd time. My 1 white friend, when he gets drunk you literally have to carry him.

I guess the question is, not that can they handle their liqour but how they handle themselves once they've moved beyond "buzzed".
