how important are our dreams? what does it mean if you dream of guys other than your SO?

I honestly don't think it just means you're human. It shouldn't represent any sort of dissatisfaction with your S.O.

Well, pinkskyes, I wouldn't sweat it unless you're now tempted to act on straying. It doesn't sound like anything more than subsconscious emotional catharsis to me. |
