Home Invasion - Multiple Murder Case

Suspect Binh Thai Luc , a 35 year old native of Vietnam, was arrested and being held without bond for five charges of murder under special circumstances at 16 Howth street, San Francisco, CA with regards to five persons of chinese descent who were murdered. Three women (Wan Yi Xu, 62; Chia Huei Chu, 30; Ying Xue Lei, 37) were murdered. Two men ( Hua Shu Lei, 65; Yuan Ji "Vincent" Lei, 32) were murdered. The bodies at their Ingleside neighborhood near the City Colloege of San Francisco were discovered 7:45am Friday March 23, 2012 by a family member of the victims. A man was found at the threshold of the home, a man and woman was found in the garage, another woman was found upstairs and a third women was found downstairs. A gun and a sharp serrated cutting edge was use to commit this multiple murder. Sofar, the police have said that Luc had previous contact with the deceased but have not identified a motive of the suspect for the killings.

The suspect Binh Thai Luc was charged with lying in wait (stalking/evidence of premediation) in the death of Yuan Ji "Vincent" Lei.

Huan Shun Lei and Wan Yi Xi were the parents of Vincent Lei

Ying Xue Lei aka Jess Lei was the sister of Vincent Lei and a software engineer at Quantitative Medical Systems in Emeryville.

Chia Huei Chu was Vincent Lei's girlfriend.


Luc, Suspect Case History
Luc has been previously convicted for a 1996 armed robberies of a Santa Clara Chinese restaurant and clothing retailer in San Francisco as well as a second degree robbery and assault with a firearm. Luc in prison from 1998 to 2006 and served two years on parole. After Luc served his sentence, an immigration judge ordered Luc deported to his native Vietnam, but it never happened because the Vietnamese goverment did not provide appropiate travel documents needed to deport him. The immigration and customs enforcement, now has a "hold" on Luc and will take custody of Luc no matter what happens in this murder case.

Federal Government responds to ICE Immigration Snafu

US House of Representative Judiciary Committee Chair Lamar Smith (R-Texas) is using this case to advocate a federal bill called "Keep Our Communityies Safe Act" that would allow the federal government via the Department of Homeland Security to detain indefinitely immigrants "deemed to be criminals who cannot be deported to their native countries" under a six month review process.

Waterbabe said that the chinese world journal reported that the murder actually occured the previous day -- Thursday ( March 22nd) but that the bodies/crime was only discovered the next day afterwards. In this particular case, atleast two victims were shot with a gun -- which should have made quite a bit of noise. Waterbabe wondered why didn't the victim's neighbors did not report or notice the crime.

Is there any legal way to get the Vietnamese gov't to pony up money to any survivors, since their stupidity led to a ordered-to-be-deported Vietnamese to commit this crime, as a career criminal?

Tho, I sorta wonder what the background of the Chinese deceased was, seriously.

Could a Vietnamese career criminal pal around with wealthy Chinese who aren't tied to Triads? Perhaps.

If the US raises up a criminal, why should Vietnam take him back just because he's descended from Vietnamese people. That's the same way the US managed to fuck over Honduras, making them take back all the MS-13 kids who came to the US at the age of 2 or something and then joined American-made gangs. Now Honduras has one of the world's highest murder rates. Thanks Uncle Sam!

35 years old in 2012 means he was born in 1977. He probably wasn't even born in Vietnam; I'd bet he was born in a refugee camp. He's not Vietnam's problem. He's a stateless person who was raised up by the US. Tell the US to deal with its own damn problems and stop trying to dump them on other countries.
