Labor law

Currently i am working 10 hrs day and with a total of 50 hrs a week. I think i work enough consider my salary. I've constantly ask to come in to work on a SATURDAY which equals to 60 hrs a week without no extra compensation. So i just told them flat out i can't come in today. How can they expect someone to function working 60 hrs a week? By law isn't that slavery ? Since im on salary, i dont expect them to pay me extra, but still.

What about comp time? By law, is the company suppose to provide you with comp time ?

Seaching for a new job on Saturday. Should be fun.
