An ex is getting married

An ex gf of mine is getting married soon and surprisingly, I openly admit that it somehow shook me. Call it being cut or pissed or whatever, but this is the girl I had a rather long and serious relationship with.

I received a call last week from her, we remained friends but somehow our long and fruitless relationship always made our friendship rather cold and uncomfortable at times. When I heard that she was going to get hitched I was somewhat shocked and if I always thought it would be me getting married first.

Anyway, I'd be lieing if I said I was truly happy for her, cause I mean she's just been dating this to be husband of hers for what 1 year, this is merely a day compared to our relationship.

Oh well, I suppose shit happens eh.
