Re: Revolutionary Sports Training System

No problem...I'm for real, tried to address your unreal comment by passing on something of opinion about power. What prompted your response? If you're not interested why waste your time... simply put out info that is revolutionary and pertains to a direction that not many AAs are invplved in... it has purpose... you don't have to agree nor do you have take it personally...blow off the info if you like...my bad... I thought this forum was for discussion bout things that pertain to sports and perhaps AA issues or news....what do you think its for?

Mahalos. Ism.... just started dropping into forums... saw this site and was excited to find AAs chatting 'bout Sports and sincerely wanted to share.... thought AAs might not accept it like this... well, will hang out a little longer in hopes of signs of life....

Step 2: The purpose of NINJAH SPORTZ is to present a revision of principles that we AA jocks along with the rest of the Athletic World, have practiced for decades in the hopes of increasing performance. The system challenges the cardiovascular theory, strength training, conditioning, flexiblity, quickness and speed theories, injury recovery and rehab techniques. Let's start with the cardio theory. First, when you look at the focus of the cardio theory, it keys on the heart as the source of fitness. The heart is simply a pump of blood and oxygen to the rest of the body: no small task and is certainly critical in metabolism. But it doesn't generate the energy, it simply passes it on. The lungs are the generators; the inhale brings in the 02 and dumps the toxic waste from metabolism by exhaling. The aerobic theory spawned the cardio focus but we have to remember that the word aerobic means "with oxygen".... If we shift the focus to the lungs away from the over-working of the heart, we probably would have less stressing of the heart in exercise... the rest to come.
