Are all law degrees the same? Or are there some specialties?

Are corporate lawyers just "protecting the man"?

Can you make money outside of being a corporate lawyer and serve those that need the legal representation?

Here in the UK it's a general law degree and you can specialise third year. Not sure about the States though.

Hey, I thought you lived in Canada.

I like lawyers. They're are just doing their jobs -- be it defending the bad guys or putting away the creeps.

I listen to Len Tillem on KGO and learn a lot about the legal system.
