Have you ever gone out with a married woman?

Last week, I just found out that a girl that I had been seeing on and off is married!

The good thing is that I stopped seeing her before I found out about this. I have known her for a couple of years. We dated at the beginning then fizzled out after I went out of town then we went out again from time to time. In between that, she managed to get married. But more importantly, it didn't occur to her that I might have wanted to know about this for the mere fact I might be opposed to dating a married woman!

I felt really bad about the whole thing. But in a way I am glad I know the truth, which kinda explained her weird behaviors that I noticed when she and I started hanging out second time -- last minute cancellation, never invite me to her place, leaving early, etc etc.

Did it ever happenned to you -- unknowingly dating someone who has a significant other?

Like I said before, I feel really really bad about this whole thing.

mebbe her friend was in on it and she just didn't wanna see you again so she made a move to push you away. do you know the husband? have you met him? etc......

If that's the case then I'll be more than happy to accept that rather than feeling guilty about being involve with a married woman.

By the way, the ploy doesn't really make sense in this case since she and I hadn't talked for about a couple of months now. There is no need for any fabricating story.
