yeah that's why people choose crazy middle names like "Jennifer 8. Lee" and insist on using them every single time their name is mentioned. It's not just Asian people either. E.g. Thomas Barnett added his wife's surname as an extra middle name (becoming Thomas P. M. Barnett) cuz there's already too many Thomas Barnetts and even Thomas P. Barnetts.
In Hong Kong people deal with the same problem by choosing really bizarre first names. Unfortunately it doesn't help very much. For example there are thirteen "Mosquito Chan"s on facebook (
