All of a sudden I have this one meter maid who's locked onto one of my cars I keep primarily parked on the street. I got the first friggen notice. No abondoned or junked cars can be left on the street. Fine, it's a fucking saab and still in great shape with premium tires. With current tags, all cars parked on the street must be moved or driven at least once every 72 hours. Fine, I've moved and driven the fucking car twice within 72 hours. Bitch sent me another violation notice for not moving the car, assuming it had not been moved.
Oh yeah, I'm heading down to the police department tomorrow. Believe that. I already logged the dates I received the notices, the date and movement of the car (including when it was in my garage), the date, time and essence of the message I left for the officer and I have a copy of the receipt with the date and time of the car wash that the car was taken to when it was supposedly on the street.

God it's great to have a cop for a dad at times. Put in a phone call to pops. To record a timed violation like this the tires need to be chalked or booted by the officer in order to either measure how long a vehicle is in one place or forced to be kept in place until a tow truck arrives, etc.
Me and Mr. G3 Canon digital camera went out in the last of daylight to document the position of the car today and take front and back photos of each tire showing chalk mark free. Mr. G3 (who nicely dated the photos) and I, along with my logged entries are taking a little trip down the police department tomorrow. But my dad said this is a one time get out of jail free card, even if I'm in the right. I can get her to back off this one time but I'm basically proving her incompetence and she'll be watching me like a hawk now. Moved the car into the garage.
Suburban drama, folks.
why do they have such tight ass restricitions where you live? all cars have to be driven every 72 hours! who cares about such small potatoes?

watch the street and when you see her drive up to it on the street, knock the bitch out, chain her to the back, and show her a real moving violation by repeatedly playing bumper cars in your local junkyard when she reaches conciousness.

I love how this neighborhood is so liberal it's facist. i think this one guy painted his house an 'unapproved' color and people have been erecting (heh... i said erecting) unapproved arbors in their gardens. One guy got a fine slapped on him by the home owners association because his grass wasn't green and weed free enough. Damn lawn nazis.

I've heard of 'neighborhood associations' that make a no bird poop rule, meaning no one can have bird feeders and anyone with bird poop on their sidewalk / car will be fined. Some people just have too much time on their hands...
that's ridiculous, these people need to come to NYC, get some common sense knocked into them

Motherfucker. Some asshole neighbor complained about my car in the street. I just got off the phone with the officer who was actually really nice. She didn't even want to come down here -- someone called about my car and REPORTED IT ABANDONED.

one of my hs friends is got this white trash neighbor, they (the trash) complained when they parked their car in front of their house (like the street in front) and then later did the same to my friends street
