yuh. i get sick after eating oily foods - it's always been that way. mcdonald's or dim sum = stomach ache within an hour. i get bloody noses after drinking soda. i don't know why. it's always been that way too. even diet soda.

He's not lying too. He's been known as the "bottomless pit".

me, uh.... my metabolisim kills off most my food quickly, so I don't really see myself watching what I eat. But I tend to shy away from ice cream. But that's cuz I worked in Baskin Robbins for half a year. <_<

I watch what I eat. But it's silly to think that just because a food is healthy that it's not tasty as well.

I eat whatever I want whenever I want. Life's too short to spend counting calories.

All the time. I watch it on its way to my mouth.

But really. I kind of lucked out with my taste buds. I love vegetables and can only take a limited amount of greasy or sugary food until I feel sick to my stomach. I don't sit around with Deal-a-Meal measuring calories or anything but it doesn't take a genius to figure out that eating a lot of processed starches, refined sugars and fried food with a sedentary lifestyle will make me a big fat American that can't fit in a plane seat. I get equally excited about eating a big bowl of edamame as I do having a piece of cake.

yeah i stare at it for about 2 minutes, examining it, before i gorge it.

well, I'm 6'0", 145lbs and 4% body fat ... not really feeling the health pressure here. my diet never affects my weight. nor does lifting. Kinda strange. my doc also said my blood pressure seems on the low side. Which is really strange since the one constant feature of what I eat is that it's usually pretty high sodium (whether we're talking some greasy, salty fried chicken wings, or just some roasted wasabi peas), especially the way my roommates cook.

nutritional contents scare me.
i'm always reading them.
then i'll do calculations in my head.
then i'll eat it. feel guilty and skip a couple of meals.
i like eating out.
the dishes don't come with nutritional contents.

I'm just grateful to be eating. I try not to think too much about it.

God knows what these corporations and foreign sweatshops are doing in their factories...
