If I could go back in time I'd go back to the Roaring Twenties and be a flapper!

But that's not what you meant, was it? In which case I wouldn't change anything.

So none of you have any regrets?

And tell my old self not to spend so much time online.

Oh, I've had regrets. Plenty of them. But they've helped me become who I am, so I wouldn't go back and change them even if I could.

But what if you don't like the person you've become?

Hell yeah I'd go back to my 5-year-old self and teach myself how to be more.....i don't know the right word, likable, socialble? Well, whatever. I have plenty of regrets, quite frankly, I'd love to change them.

If you know you are not the person you want to be, hasn't your past experience taught you that? If you mean change an experience in the past that will accellerate shaping yourself into what you want to be, how would you know how that event would really affect you? Every event is shaped by the previous, and the chain reaction an experience creates is uncertain. What is certain is who you are now, and anyone can change from then on.

Hmm... two things. 1) I can't really say. 2) Telling my ex-friend the truth earlier on and not led him on.

I'd go back to right before I had the best meal of my life, and then after I was done, I'd go back to that same place in time again and again (provided that I would be hungry once again too after going back each time).

lotta regrets that changed who I am.....so if I did that I'd change who I am now......so I'm not sure.....if I knew the whole outcome, maybe I would....but in the meantime.....no thanks

Start high school over so i can
run for class president
do more community service work
not take physics
take the initiative to ask this guy out. he always "gave me the chance" to talk to him or approach him but never intigated any of the conversations. and i had too much pride to ask him out. but i think i somewhat regret.

study more
Be nicer to my mom cuz I was, or maybe still am, such a bitch to my mom sometimes.
Better skin care and better diet.

I regret the last two the most. This is an evil thread. EVIL!

Regrets are silly. I have none. Everything that happened to me, no matter how shitastic they were, shaped me.

Iconoclastic

I would go back to the point in time before Saiko said shitastic and use it so I can say I was the first one to use it here.

If you went back in time to change something, would your future self know to go back in time to change that thing?

Anyway, I'm really looking at this as:

1) you did something with consequences you do not like
2) you know that doing that thing is a Bad Thing
3) if you undo that something, you no longer know that is a Bad Thing and may do it in the future

Isn't it better to know earlier?
