i just made a three egg cheese omelette.
i like it.

what do you do with your eggs?

or shirred. i like shirred eggs with a bit of gruyere and herbs. line the ramekin with some very thin virginia ham or prosciutto.

custard is good too.

I make omelettes or scrambled eggs by first separating the yolk from the egg white, the beating them separately before combining them. It comes out nice and fluffy. For omelettes I like to add spinach and feta cheese.

Slather them with ketchup or oyster sauce, or cook them with a nice side dish of SPAM w/ rice.

Fry them, and then add shrimp and bacon to it. Sometimes I just leave it, and add salt and pepper. Ketchup is good on it too.

I thought we were talking eggs here. :huh:

I like omelettes, boiled, I like them matured (as in hatched and cooked as CHICKEN!!), thousand yr eggs in porridge, scrambled, in fried rice, scrambled with miscellaneous food items like lahp cheung (chinese sausage?) or shrimp and the kind.......I like eggs period :)
