I have a few questions:
1. What is Jennyhuyn.com and why is it advertised?
2. Why do the active threads have a big M next to them?
That is all.

1. Jenny Hyun is a member of YW.
2. Keep hitting refresh! It should go away:)

But what does "M" mean?!?
And how come Jennyhyun.com is advertised? Does it change upon refresh? Or will you just intermittently change it?

Hmmm...you only see Jenny's button? It should change on refresh. I have two other buttons that rotate with it.

am i just freaking out or does everything look a lot bigger? i.e. i have to scroll farther down to get to the s&r forum. if i'm not delirious, then that's the thing that bugs me. if i'm crazy, then just ignore my rantings.

Yes, you are correcto. Everything is bigger. The size ain't set in stone yet so we'll see. Until then, it's two more rolls on your mouse scroller:)

It's also because the page is way narrower. I don't like it narrower because now the posts lines are too close together when people write a long post. It's hard to read. My eyes are wigging out. Can you enlarge the pixels and widen the page? Only a suggestion King Webmaster, don't make me scrub the toilets.

What resolution is your screen set to?
1400 X 1050 pixels - same as before

1400 x 1050?!? Good God...how do you see? Or are you using a gigantor monitor? I try and code keeping folks of 800x600 and 1024x768 in mind...
lol, I have a large moniter and the icons are the same size as on any other computer. All websites look the same on every other computer as mine. It's just YW since you changed the skins. The forum page is way narrower and the lines between sentences have less space. Is it just me or does anyone else see a change?
When I lower the pixels, the screen becomes blurry and the icons GIGANTIC.

It's because most websites code their pages in percentages, so that they can adapt to different screens. I just got lazy and set the width of the banner to 750. I can change it back to 85% or whatever it was, but it involves cutting up the banner using javascript, which can take a lil while. In the meantime, I'll make the old skin available. BTW...yeah, I noticed that about the text bumpin...will investigate...
<-- is afraid of change.
Don't worry about it. I can deal. It's really no big problem as soon as I get used to it. It was just preference on my part and I'm being a nagging Nancy.

actually many are switching to something with java...i dunno, my friend was rambling in her sleep. it has to do with the fact that it'll form itself to any screen so that no matter what size screen or res it'll stretch to fit.

Yeah, I'm sure there is something that can resize a site...client-side.

Is it my imagination, or did the board just stretch again?

Is it too wide? I'm testing out sizes...

It fine for me, but I thought it was a bit disconcerting that one instant, the board took up half the width and the next it took up the entire width.
I'm at 1024X768 btw.

I wanted to move towards coding things for 800x600, but a lot of people seem to like wide screens.

Sure, I'd be open to that, so as long as you made necessary occasional updates to the code.

How would that work?
Just edit the stylesheet and then send you it?

Hmm...have you ever designed a skin before? If you're talking about colors alone, I guess editing the stylesheet would be good enough.

A skin for a forum? Not at all. I'm not sure how much customisability Invision offers but I guess I'll just set up a dummy one on my sever and find out.
