I think he means Carmen Van Kerckhove.
Because you'd have to be a complete grade A moron to think "Asian" when you see the name Latoya.
It only takes a complete grade B moron, however, to completely disregard someone simply because of their last name.

I bet Guiliani wouldn't do that, eh?

Yay, yet another empty and mindless (feel free to try to actually debate politics at any time. I'm sure you'll make as much sense as your dismissal of people simply because of your last name.) quip.

It takes so little to provoke on here that it's amusing.
Asian American activism - Ignoring the real issues since 1935.

Heh. Why do you always assign your faults on others? Don't pretend you're provoking when its always been your impotent anger. Don't pretend others ignore when you've TAKEN YOUR BALL AND LEFT THE COUNTRY.

Yes, because I obviously left the country for misanthropic social reasons and not for any other reasons..like say business.
AMERICA LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT. Durrrrr..

Judging from your posts here, obviously.
Do you actually have any substantive response to oh, I don't know, the article beyond objecting to the name of a girl who DIDN'T EVEN WRITE IT? Or why you think McCain's up vote on Ginsberg followed Rove's vision for America? Or how about why you think insurers could off book their liabilities? Or why you think 人民日报 is simply a "Chinese news rag?"
You've got the impotent anger down pat. Substance... substance... hrm.

Let me let you in on a little secret the reason why AA activism is dead is because it was hijacked by scared status quo conscious model minorities like you.

Said the guy who boasted that he made more money than me... before he left the country.
When was the last time you fought for a candidate? How about the last time you were thanked by an AA organization for your volunteered services? How about the last time you spent time advocating for the indigent in Chinatown/Koreatown? How about... oh, wait, YOU LEFT THE COUNTRY.
Heh, it's always amusing how you try to assign your own faults to others. "Scared status quo conscious" indeed.
Editted to add: Let's get back on topic. Care to explain why you dismissed an article based upon just the last name of a girl who didn't even write the article? Or maybe you'd be so kind as to respond substantively to the article.

Coming from someone who touted Mr. 9/11, er Giuliani, as a Presidential candidate, I wouldn't be so smug.

Not to mention the modus operandi of personal digs.
Anyway, Carmen Van Kerckhove's posts, for the most part, are pretty decent; and hey, at least she identifies w/ her Asian heritage - that's more than what can be said for many hapas, much less those w/ a full Asian heritage.

If you think recapping your posts is a personal dig, then it says more about the quality of your argument than anything else. It's quite amusing how you EVEN AGREE WITH ME on this point with paradox, but you'll just take the opportunity to snipe at me after running away from that little political discussion that stumped you... how long ago was it? Are you still nursing that ache? I do have to give you credit, you do try much, much, much, much harder than paradox even if you do ultimately run away.

The irony of all this is that Giuliani made his fortune touting himself as an anti-terrorism/security expert when he was the one who made the bone-headed decision to put the NYC Command Center at the WTC (which SP, in his typical fashion, poo-pooed).
And that weasel is up to the same tricks, blasting Obama for being weak on national security/terrorism due to the nuclear arms reduction accord w/ Russia (much like Palin; I guess "great minds" think alike); either totally ignorant or conveniently overlooking the fact that Reagan did the same thing.

Gee, only a totally DELUSIONAL sap like you would claim victory (hello, your hero got ZERO traction on his Presidential candidacy b/c voters saw him for what he was, a fraud).
And where are all those stadiums financed w/ revenue bonds free of taxpayer's monies including the new Yankee Stadium)?
Another thing you and Giuliani was wrong on (and the list continues to grow...).

Before you retort about my "delusion," why did you bother responding to someone else's mindless quip to me? IF you're really interested in rehashing a topic you abandoned years ago, why are you dredging up your old stuff here and not in the old thread?
Are you seriously so desperate for my attention that you'd get your panties in such a wad and completely derail a thread over a point that YOU AGREE WITH ME on? My point to Paradox was that he is irrational for disregarding an article because the name of someone associated with the site has a non-Asian last name. Your point was... oh, right the SAME as mine.
Oh, please - don't flatter yourself (for someone who is often more wrong than right, you have quite the high opinion of yourself).

Every time that you prove that you're still aching by attacking me out of the blue like this, and every time that you prove that you lost by refusing to return to the old threads, you flatter me.

Leave the country, if you don't like. Good option.
