That certain someone's thoughts were that you'd start in the plane, then roll out, and somehow land with both individuals in whole pieces. Sometime amidst all of the action, the parachute would be pulled open so nobody dies.

They can jump from lower altitudes I'm sure. It would still be damn cold and the wind resistance would be a pain but I could see it happening if they jump out together sort of like in tandem with a specially-constructed jumpsuit. It would probably be hard to get to completion but penetration with a few strokes could be done, I imagine.
