Wan Xia Liao argued with her art professor at UoT over the concept of beauty.

Here is the evidence:

http://wanxialiao.wordpress.com/

Both the Canadian and American justice system then showed that racism is integrally a part of the justice process by ending Wan Xia Liaio to argue her case, all because of a Eurocentric notion that "beauty" is a recent concept in Chinese experience.

This has been ongoing for the past 17 years, but no one from the Asian community have rallied around her.

So please read the two websites carefully, and weigh in on the inherent racism in American and Canadian justice.

Wan Xia was convicted of a thought crime of "uttering threats" against unknown persons. OHRC perverted justice by implying that she uttered death threats against Waterhouse. This show racism and prejudice in the HRC.

At one point in 2005 she was threatened by a US citizen in response to a post she wrote about her case: http://www.wliao.150m.com/thts.pdf

don't you think she sounds like she has some sort of mental illness? i'm not making fun of her, but that is how she appears through her writing.

Wanxia Liao's sina blog: http://blog.sina.com.cn/u/1253345472

However, her contention that "cpetr13" who uttered the death threat is a US government agent is incorrect. rather, he is an atheist and probably a pinko, like the profs she fought against, and possibly the university educated personnel at all the websites she targets, including CNN and the UN.

In short, this only proves that socialists are good at accusing China of human rights abuses, but cover up their home country's abuses of Chinese nationals.

It sounds more like she has suffered loss of face, since she lost her PhD due to Waterhouse's colonialist mentality and OHRC's bungling of her case including documented entrapment.

She is correct in insisting that confidentiality was violated as her supposed "uttering threats" did not name anyone, but the HRC personnel transformed it into such a threat by calling the "victim".

Don't forget that Kent State happened because the National Guard lost face by being led into a parking lot, and opened fire with intent to harm students.

That kind of mentality also led to Cahill's inability to be honest about himself and his relationship with the case is thus poisoned.

As well, the art prof in the case stated in his original essay that Asia's concept of beauty is a recent invention when Liao provided reference that "beauty" was defined over 2000 years ago, which predates European sources (which go back to revisions of the Bible about 500 years ago in England). As well, the first works mentioning beauty coincide with the first mention in China circa 200 BCE.

If Liao is batty, then I would attribute it to living on welfare combined with living in Ontario, as well as possibly growing up in a Communist regime.

She's obsessed with something that happened 17 years ago precisely because white establishment in North America will protect its right to subtly persecute visible minorities who don't behave.

Her only crime is blabbing about it in blogs, but it needs to be aired to show that white establishment is only sympathetic about visible minorities when it suits their political policies. Human rights commissions are not so much protectors of visible minorities as protectors of rights that suit their political agenda. The "Old Boys" school is a tradition that prevents justice from being served.

She'd probably get a fairer trial in Europe.

Here's a Chinese language website she posted to: http://www14.tianya.cn/publicforum/Content/worldlook/1/126501.shtml

can someone translate?

Another example of her posting on another Chinese website: http://bbs.news.163.com/bbs/mil/1119468.html

I think if she starts a group on facebook, she'll get the word out more.

Loss of face will make anyone schooled in Asian culture got batshit crazy, given how much they worship status, especially considering that a PhD means more prestige at University of China in Beijing.

Obviously this lady has never studied Buddhism and the effect of ego addiction on face. She's been oversocialized by CCP propaganda. If she had a donation page, then I'd support her cause.

Hopefully she takes up my invitation to register on facebook.com unless of course, FB is part of the conspiracy. o.0
