Yeah yeah, I should really know better than to start quoting Disney music, but it runs through my mind as my retiring boss is nagging and ripping into me for her lack of information in relation to work (when I made it available at her finger tips).

Knowing that May 1st, she'll be officially retired, and a new insurance agent is coming in and hiring me as office manager over his staff, I'm trying to stand back and bite my tongue as this fossil fades off into the sunset.

How do you deal with the negative things at work that seemingly pile up while knowing that something bigger and better is coming down the pipeline for you?

i come on here and rant about it. or to my family and friends. or blog about it. after almost 3 years at my job, i'm leaving. i found something else. after almost 3 years of being bitched at, stressed out, and shown little to no appreciation, i'm done.
