A towel is definitely a good idea. Unless she's having a really heavy period it's not going to be flowing out but there are some drips. The blood dries up from the friction i suppose and it's not as smooth a ride as usual. Actually, at some points it can be like going as if she's dry. There doesn't seem to be a difference if I'm going bare or suited up in latex.
Blood... it's just a body fluid. If that disgusted me, then so should saliva, cum, vaginal juices, etc. It washes off with soap and water. Big whoop.
