thanks for taking the time to help inform the public. this newsletter will be going out to 300+ attorneys and judges in Southern CA. i'll be sending you a hard copy as well.

this is my last issue of editor-in-chief (after 2 1/2 years). elbert and i will be retiring, and i will be focusing my time on reviving the Asian Concerns Committee here in Los Angeles =)
