well, this is a very interesting question, because i was just thinking about this very topic when trying to determine how to define gender equality (see other post in this forum).

i was thinking that perhaps women are judged more by their physical appearance than men simply because men are more likely to be arounsed by visual stimuli while women are more likely to aroused by emotional/sentimental stuff. or at least that's what they say.

so if that were the case, it would perhaps justify the fact that most women spend their time primping themselves while men spend their time doing other things...like buying us flowers, let's say.

but what if it's all a lie? what if woman are *just as* likely to be aroused visually as men are? if that were the case, would that mean that guys should spend just as much time grooming themselves - making sure that they look good for us?

I've gotten aroused by looking at guys, but it didn't go from, "Mmm, look at the mailman's ass" to humping on his leg or salivating in anticipation of doing so.

but i don't wet my panties just because of his
face or body. at most i would feel that i'm attracted
to him, and might go strike up a conversation.
normally it's with somebody who really excudes charm.

but most of the time, i sorta keep the guy in my head
and then go home and fantasize about him but i don't
