How do stop subscriptions to threads?

Go to your user control panel. The first screen you should see will be your subscriptions page:)

Oh hahaha. I'm such a dumbass. It was in my options. Just click e-mail notification in the threads you've participated in section, and that'll kill the e-mails from piling up. Doh.
