rant: overworked and under paid

i work 12 hours a day, and while i am moderately awarded for it, im wondering whether things are better elsewhere. I know that 'the grass is always greener' so im consious thinking it through before making any large moves in a change in career

how many hours do you work - and do you always feel over worked and under paid?

i think i get paid pretty well, but i think i'm underpaid in the sense that i think my colleagues are paid more than i am for the same kind of work. but i didn't exactly have much bargaining leverage when i was interviewing for the job because i had been unemployed for 11 months at the time.
