Opening Up "A Different Slant"

For the past several months we tried experimenting to have the Hello Hapa forum, Gay and Lesbian and Diaspora forums within a "sub-forum" called "A Different Slant," primarily to try and keep the number of visible forums on the index page to a minimum, and also out of a preference to keep certain themes joined together (for example, the Auto sub-forums).

However, because traffic has been a little slow, we've decided to open them up.
