Short answer: no, you can't. It's filtered. Allowing any type of code would be very bad, as it allows for such fun activities as cookie and password culling.

Long answer: yes, you can, using an exploit in the IPB code. The latest two public vulnerabilities disclosed about IPB involve running arbitrary code.
