front page article links

Just a suggestion. Is there a way to automatically a href anything that starts with "http://" in front-page articles so my lazy ass doesn't have to highlight-copy-paste into the location bar?  Would also be nice for site owners to see who the referrer is.  Might generate some traffic back.

I meant the articles posted on the main site http://www.yellowworld.org.  For example, the current top article is about the Banzai activism but the links to the petition and other things cannot just be clicked on.  As I do not have control over editing the articles, I can't do anything about it.  :D
