BTW, artsfartsyjanet's name (w/ one Y) is spelled "artsYfartsyjanet" in the gallery. Is this an official name change?

It just allows members to keep their own "favorites" section.

I believe janet's username is spelled correctly...her photo album might not be, but I'm changing them anyway...

Trying to get me to document, eh? I will soon...:) For now...

1. Make sure you're logged into the forums first.
2. Go to the Gallery at http://gallery.yellowworld.org and select any photograph by clicking on its thumbnail...or just click on this fine example here:

3. Click on the "Lightbox" button below the photograph. The image will then save to your lightbox.
4. To the left of the screen, you'll see your username; under that, you'll see a link for Lightbox. Click on it.
5. Voila!

personally speaking...
it doesnt bother me too much... i mean, if non registered ppl really wanted to view it... they would just sign up to view it anyways... but what gets me sometimes... some of the ppl in the gallery... i have no idea who they are... cuz they dont really participate on the board...

i mean, thats no biggie... its just something i've noticed...

I would say so. I think that the folks, here, are most likely posting their pix for the other members to view (because of some sense of familiarity).

I thought that was really cool.

i think it would be cooler if every page or screen you went to had a pic that changed every time you went back to that page.

basically a new picture every time on every screen.

i know, they should be notified and deleted or archived because they don't participate.

I think you can participate with YW without necessarily having to participate via the forums. There are a shit load of people who help us out with things who only lurk...
