Okay just kidding about the suicide part.
Yesterday there was a international soccer game between Japan and Korea. Both teams did not use any European based players.
The score was 0-0 all the way thru the game. However Japan got lucky and scored with 10 seconds left in injury time.
The sports bar I was in erupted in gleeful cheers. And I had my head on the table.
Everyone in the bar came to knock beer glasses with me. To say no hard feelings.

AGHHH!! you shouldn't have posted this news
I've been a fan of the Korean team ever since they made it the world cup in 86 eventhough they sucked.
It's funny how everyone got so crazy about soccer last summer cuz koreans aren't very fanatics of it. Most of the Koreans I was watching the games with didn't know a thing about soccer.

Mph. So, do Japanese soccer fans have any special soccer tee that they sport?
I saw a little girl wearing a "Be The Reds" one at the library last week.

It's okay. I don't follow Japanese soccer. I'd rather have a Matsui jersey. #55 is mine.

It's not as popular as the "Be the Reds!" t-shirt, but they did have a blue shirt with white block letters saying "I got blue fever!"

I saw the replay. Talk about the mother of all luck shots. That was just retarded luck! But the win did inspire me to wear my blue jersey today. :D
I'm also concerned at Korea's "scoring duck." No goals in 2 games? Korea is supposed to be the only team in Asia that can score consistently. WTF happened? :frown:

Narazaki is an awesome goalie, that's what happened.
Korea totally dominated this game. They must have fired at least 3 times as many shots as Japan.

Oh yeah, Netherlands has a pretty cool tee and you can also use it to represent the longhorns. I really liked the one from Italy.

i agree. still straight in a european sort of way. like all of those fat european men that wear speedos. the laws of probability dictate they all can't be gay.
sweden's jersey is cool too. it's less ambiguous.

Yeah, sweden's tee is pretty awesome too. I was gonna buy it but I really hate that team, they only play defensive so they're matches are boring as hell

Yea, I was gonna say that too about those Italian jerseys. The skin-tightness was well... :gross:
The new Puma ones are cool, though. The numbering and lettering is gold colored. It looks really cool, and they are normal fit, not like the old tight ones.

I'm a fan of Brasil and Argentina, cuz they usually play very offensively so their games get really entertaining.
Yeah, Larson is great but its their strategy that makes their games so dull.
For me the dream team right now is Real Madrid
