CALL FOR MODELS: ASIAN MALES NEEDED
for “Yellow Book”, an art photography project celebrating the Asian male body. Photographs will reference Robert Mapplethorpe’s “Black Book” and WILL involve nudity. Open auditions will be held on Friday, March 21st, from 11 A.M. to 4 P.M. and 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. at Office Ops in East Williamsburg (www.officeops.org)
Directions:
From the L-Train on Foot:
Take the L to the Morgan Ave stop in Brooklyn. Keep right as you exit the station. Take Morgan Ave south (away from Manhattan skyline) 2 blocks to Thames and make a left. 57 is the last steel door on the left.
From 278 West:
Take the Morgan Ave Exit (1st Exit in Brooklyn), make left on Morgan Ave south for 1.6 miles. Make Left on Flushing, then a left on Knickerbocker, and left on Thames.
From 278 East:
Take the Metropolitan Ave Exit, make right on to Metropolitan. Make right on Morgan Ave south for 1.6 miles. Make Left on Flushing, left on Knickerbocker, and left on Thames.
All models must be:
- of Asian descent
- 18 and older (You MUST bring valid government issued identification.)
- willing to shoot nude or partially nude.
- in excellent physical shape.
Models chosen for the project will not be paid, however, they will be given a $50/day stipend for food and travel. Applicants who RSVP with headshot before audition date will be given priority. (Please do not send files over 100K as they will be bounced back to you.)
