I'm not a huge fan of cheese. I can't stand grilled cheese sandwiches, or cheese in sandwiches for that matter. I do enjoy Parmesan, Mozeralla, and cream cheese (especially on bagles). I like cheese cake and tiramisu (obviously). But yeah... that's all the cheese I can think of for now.

Just about any cheese. My favorites are nearly any blue veined and chevre. Standbys are brie or a good quality extra sharp cheddar.

Fondue is magnificent once in a while.
